Before joining ECNC, Amor worked as a Technical Assistant for the Ministry of Environment in Spain. She coordinated a project elaboration team in the framework of the Forest Hydrological Restoration and Basin Protection Plan funded with FEDER European funds. Her main responsibilities were the evaluation of activities, supervision of works and elaboration of projects related to biodiversity conservation, forest restoration and river protection.
At the international level, Amor worked in humanitarian rehabilitation operations such as hurricane Mitch in Central America, Tsunami in South Eastern Asia and floods in Mozambique as coordinator of nature conservation, water and sanitation and economic development projects. During her career she has developed good organizational skills, capacity to work in multicultural teams and ability to share knowledge and communicate in cross cultural environments.
